Real-Time Mortgage
A housing assistance agency required lender submissions via a paper format. Access to crucial lender-loan pipeline information was lacking. A business-to-business website was implemented, allowing appropriate access which greatly lowered the price tag associated with application processing.
Web Based Development
A business need was anticipated, resulting in the creation of a web-based Storm Water Permit application, helping communities submit storm water permit information in a cost efficient and timely way, while meeting a regulatory agency reporting deadline.
Communications Network Plan
A comprehensive communications plan for a large metropolitan area that included fiber, radio, microwave, wireless, satellite, cellular, and ISP services was completed. Infrastructure and architectural analysis, network expansion capacity, and network-disaster redundancy was included.
